Kissing: 68 calories per hour
Remember how, when you were first dating, you’d start locking lips and 30 minutes later you’d come up for air? See if you can get into that groove again, say experts. Not only is smooching a great way to show affection and improve your bond as a couple, it can also help you burn fat. “If the kissing is vigorous and involves some petting, it could be even closer to 90 calories burned in an hour,” says Jaiya Kinzbach, a Los Angeles–based sexologist and the author of Red Hot Touch. Try her technique for turning kissing into an honest-to-goodness workout session: “Kiss in unusual positions,” she recommends. “Have the guy on his back and do ‘plank pose’ or a push-up on top of him, coming down to kiss him and then pushing back up. Push-ups burn 171 calories in 30 minutes.”
Undressing: 8+ calories total
You probably don’t put much thought into undressing when you’re getting intimate with your husband, but an Italian researcher looked into the matter and found that the mere act of taking one’s clothes off burns about 8 to 10 calories. Even more fascinating, the researcher reportedly found that a man attempting to remove a bra with his mouth burns as many as 80 calories. While that may not be applicable to you, here’s what is: By upping the energy you put into undressing, you can burn some extra calories. Don’t just strip down in seconds, says Kinzbach; instead, “draw it out and make it part of your foreplay, while getting a great a workout going.” Or undress to tease him, adds Gilda Carle, PhD, a psychotherapist and relationship expert. “Find your favorite silk scarf, and do a seductive dance with it,” she says.
Massaging: 80+ calories per hour
Who doesn’t like a good rubdown from their partner? But if you’re the giver, you get an additional benefit other than making your guy happy: burned calories. As it turns out, giving a good massage can get your heart rate up and kick your body into calorie-burning mode. But the way to ramp things up even more isn’t to speed things up. Instead, consider going slower, recommends Kinzbach. “This may seem counterintuitive to burning calories,” she says, “but going slower and deeper is not only more sensual, it works different muscles. I also recommend getting a massage table—it's better on your body, and standing to give a massage burns more calories.”
Having Sex: 144+ calories per half-hour
You knew sex was a workout, but who knew that a half-hour romp in the hay with your guy could burn off the chocolate you nibbled on after dinner? The key for high-calorie-burning sex is making it hot and making it last, say experts. You can also add a little moaning and sighing, says Kinzbach, which can help you burn an extra 18 to 30 calories. And try a position change for a better workout. “If you are on top, try moving your hips like a belly dancer; this feels great and will give you a workout,” she adds. “Also try a position where you squat on top of him and then bounce up and down. This is a great workout for your thighs and butt, and it can burn up to 207 calories in 30 minutes.” Perhaps the best way to maximize calorie-burning during sex is to make sure you orgasm. Experts estimate that women who orgasm during sex burn more calories during lovemaking than those who don’t.
Giving Oral Sex: 100 calories per half-hour
Here’s a stat you don’t hear every day: Being on the giving end of oral sex may be just as effective as a quick stint on the elliptical machine. But if you want to take your calorie-burning to the next level, Kinzbach recommends this calorie-blasting technique: push-ups (yes, in the act!). “Also you can do a little yoga, suggests Kinzbach. “Try plank position into downward facing dog, and back into plank where you can lower down and do some oral stimulation.” Tack on 71 extra calories blasted when you do push-ups, and 35 additional calories by mixing in some yoga.
Using Your Hands: 100 calories per hour
Of course, the old-fashioned hand job is a calorie burner, but you can zap an additional 50 calories per half-hour by taking things up a notch. “Get lots of stuff going at once,” suggests Kinzbach. “Try really slow sensual strokes, and position yourself so that you can use your body as well.” Rocking your body against his and varying the pressure and frequency can help, too, she adds.
Romantic Dancing: 103 calories per half-hour
A little dirty dancing—even with your clothes on—can be a workout for you and your husband. Couples who take dance lessons (and practice in the privacy of their homes) can attest to this. Bonus: “It has been shown in scientific studies that right after an aerobic exercise, women become aroused and lubricated more easily,” says Barbara Bartlik, MD, a New York–based psychiatrist and sex therapist. Slow dancing is fine, but you have to rev things up—and add in a few surprises—to get a real workout. “Add kissing, nibbling the neck and touch,” suggests Kinzbach. And increase the pace, too!
Making Out: 238 calories per half-hour
A sizzling clothes-on make-out session with the man you love may be the most intense caloric blaster yet. Why? Anticipation, says Dr. Carle, can get your heart rate going. “It gives way to heavy breathing, which gives way to a great calorie burn,” she explains. But you can still maximize the workout by making it hotter and sweatier! “The hotter the room—think Bikram (a.k.a. “hot”) yoga—and the sweatier the make-out session, the more calories you burn,” adds Kinzbach. Also, try rolling around on the bed or changing your scenery. “Make it playful and erotic and you have a great combination for a pleasurable workout.”

*HAPPY!*
I Knew the day my grandparents said, " We aren't going anywhere til your happy" I knew those words rang true the days they passed away. They where the parents I always dreamed of & thankful they where there for me while they where able to be & teach me everything I know today! :)
I want to say I am also thankful & blessed to have the most awesome foster parents & in laws & family in my life many awesome friends, ever since I moved here after meeting the most wonderful man in the world who loves me for ME my life changed for the better much better then it was! :) ~
I have met more awesome friends & my family grew & family that have been & always will be there for me not letting anything stand in my way, I haven't seen that kind of love & dedication since my grandparents & foster parents, even to this day I will admit I get tear on holidays hearing and seeing the love and laughter fill the room, I haven't seen that since I was a child growing up with my grandparents & since I lived with my foster parents, it shows me that there is true love by family & friends its just rare to be found, one day soon I hope we have kids to pass this love, respect, understanding and more to show them :) <3 ~
More things that have happened since I moved here that had never happened in Canada, movie screenings, comic book conventions, being in a group that is going to be involved in the future with comicons, helping a friend with his movie business, things I would of never thought of, seen or dreamed of being in Canada, the last 7.5 years have been amazing & I so can't wait for many more years! I am just super excited :)
Thanks to my hubby, family, friends and god for making what my life has been so far and of course myself AND i can't wait for many many more years =) THANKS!

Weight Loss !
I never used to be FAT, i graduated at 135lbs at 18, I was pretty active just had a bad habit of smoking
When I graduated I dropped smoking for eating fast food/junk food in its place
I never seen myself getting bigger cause everyone around me was always bigger
Years went by
got married
moved to Kansas City from Canada in 2005
life went on, never paid much attention
In March 2009 hubby & I where talking about fixing up the rest of the house get rdy to sell was our last main goal before starting for a family, we just celebrated our 4yr anniversary
I went to my doctor to get some blood work done, they told me i was in no shape to have kids, I needed to lose weight
I was 330lbs.........
Now that I quit working to become a housewife fulltime I had no excuse to get on track so off I went
19 months I lost 156lbs, I was down to 176lbs in fall of 2010
Docs said my numbers where great, to keep at it =)
Then came the buy/sell of houses, I stopped tracking cause everytime i wanted to get a workout in the phone would ring saying people where coming by to see the house and it was hard to cook anything cause if someone was to come by and id cook something some reason they thought the people who where looking at the house might get upset with the smell of what i was cooking, all these excuses so fast food and quick meals came into play, I had no motivation to do anything else
I gained about 40lbs back, last year was a slow year to get myself motivated and back on track tho I started when I joined MFP in the fall =)
I have 56lbs left, this year is MY year to get it done, even if I get preggers plan is to keep moving
My doctors gave us the green light my vitamin and other levels look great i been told, so lets keep it moving =)
Now next Tuesday (feb 14th) is my 7yr anniversary & many more to come, time to get this 30 year old girlie in shape, yes me !! I can do this! Im a housewife still, I have no excuses ! =)

How Much Is A Homemaker Worth?
Wow, I am worth a lot =)
The life of a homemaker is one that includes an endless amount of demands and to-dos. Depending on the size of the home and family, the position of homemaker can go well beyond the usual nine to five. We examined some of the tasks that a homemaker might do to find out how much his or her services would net as individual professional careers. We only take into consideration tasks which have monetary values and use the lowest value for each calculation.
Private Chef
Meal preparation is one of the major tasks of most homemakers. From breakfast to dinner, there is plenty of meal planning and cooking to be done. The American Personal Chef Association reports that its personal chefs make $200 to $500 a day. Grocery shopping is another chore that needs to be factored in. A homemaker must drive to the supermarket, purchase the food and deliver it to the home. Grocery delivery services charge a delivery fee of $5 to $10.
Total cost for services: $1,005 per five day work week x 52 weeks = $52,260 per year.
House Cleaner
A clean and tidy home is the foundation of an efficient household. Typical cleaning duties include vacuuming, dusting, sweeping, scrubbing sinks as well as loading the dishwasher and making beds. Professional maids or house cleaning service providers will charge by the hour, number of rooms or square footage of the home. For example, bi-weekly cleaning of a 900-square-foot, two-bedroom apartment with five rooms, costs $59-$124 . A 1,300 square-foot, single-story home with seven rooms runs $79-$150 . A 2,200 two-story, three-bedroom home with nine rooms averages $104-$180 . Additional tasks such as oven or refrigerator cleaning and dusting mini blinds can run an extra $20-$25.
Total cost for services: $118 per week X 52 Weeks = $6,136 per year.
Child Care
Homemakers provide full-time, live-in child care. This type of service from a professional provider would usually come with a host of perks including health insurance, paid vacation and sick days, federal holidays off, dental and vision coverage, and bonuses. The International Nanny Association's 2011 survey found that nannies make $600 to $950 per week in gross wages, on average.
Total cost for services: $600 a week plus perks/benefits x 52 Weeks = $31,200 per year.
Driver
A private car service might seem like a high-end luxury to most, but the beneficiaries of a homemaker get this service on a daily basis. Companies like Red Cap, which provides personal drivers that use the client's own car as the means of transportation, offer a glimpse into the cost of this homemaker task. An elite membership which includes 365 days of unlimited, round-trip service is $1,000 a year plus 33 cents - $2.03 per minute.
Total cost for services: $1,000 per year + [(estimated miles driven 8000 miles / 50 MPH) x 60 min/hr x $0.33 per minute] = $4,168 total per year.
Laundry Service
Clean clothes come at a cost when you have to pay for the service that most homemakers do for free. Professional laundry services charge by the pound. For instance, Susie's Suds Home Laundry Service, Inc. in Texas charges 90 cents to $1.00 a pound to wash, dry, fold, hang and steam your clothes. Items that take longer to dry such as comforters, blankets, rugs and winter clothes are assessed at a price of $12-$15 each.
Total cost for services: $0.90 per pound x 4 pounds of clothes per day x 5 days per weeks x 52 weeks = $936 total per year.
Lawn Maintenance
Basic maintenance of the exterior property is a less common, but possible duty of a homemaker. This could include things such as mowing, debris removal, edging and trimming the lawn. These services cost about $30 a week on average.
Total cost for services: $30 per week x 52 weeks = $1,560 total per year.
The Bottom Line
Total for a year of all services is: $52,260 + $6,137 + $31,200 + $4,168 + $936 + $1,560 = $96,261 per year.
The daily work of a homemaker can sometimes be taken for granted by his or her family members. However, these services could earn a homemaker a considerable wage if he or she took those skills to the marketplace. Homemakers in general contribute a lot more to the home in addition to these tasks, and no amount of money can fill those needs.

Remember This When You & Your Loved One Is Trying To Have A Baby!
Smoking/Drinking - The party's over for your partner once you start trying for a baby, but what about you? Same goes for men, says Cole. Sperm is just as affected by tobacco, alcohol, and drugs as a woman's eggs. Research suggests that this troublesome trio may lower sperm counts and slow motility. That means you should completely cut out recreational drugs, such as marijuana and cocaine, cut down on alcohol, and quit smoking before you start trying. Plus, kicking the habit now can help your family later. Secondhand smoke is dangerous for your partner and your children, both in utero and after birth. Even the use of chewing tobacco has been linked to poor sperm function.
A lowered sperm count isn't the only reason you should lay off the bottle. Research shows that dads who drink the equivalent of two drinks a day during the month before conception have babies who weigh on average 6.5 ounces less than other babies. Low birth weight is a serious medical condition that can affect your child's health and behavior for the rest of his life.

YOU DON'T REALIZE WHAT YOU HAVE UNTIL IT’S GONE!!
When I got home that night as my wife served dinner, I held her hand and said, I’ ve got something to tell you. She sat down and ate quietly. Again I observed the hurt in her eyes. Suddenly I didn’t know how to open my mouth. But I had to let her know what I was thinking. I wa...nt a divorce. I raised the topic calmly. She didn’t seem to be annoyed by my words, instead she asked me softly, why? I avoided her question. This made her angry. She threw away the chopsticks and shouted at me, you are not a man! That night, we didn’t talk to each other. She was weeping. I knew she wanted to find out what had happened to our marriage. But I could hardly give her a satisfactory answer; she had lost my heart to Jane. I didn’t love her anymore. I just pitied her!
With a deep sense of guilt, I drafted a divorce agreement which stated that she could own our house, our car, and 30% stake of my company. She glanced at it and then tore it into pieces. The woman who had spent ten years of her life with me had become a stranger. I felt sorry for her wasted time, resources and energy but I could not take back what I had said for I loved Jane so dearly. Finally she cried loudly in front of me, which was what I had expected to see. To me her cry was actually a kind of release.
The idea of divorce which had obsessed me for several weeks seemed to be firmer and clearer now. The next day, I came back home very late and found her writing something at the table. I didn’t have supper but went straight to sleep and fell asleep very fast because I was tired after an eventful day with Jane.
When I woke up, she was still there at the table writing. I just did not care so I turned over and was asleep again. In the morning she presented her divorce conditions: she didn’t want anything from me, but needed a month’s notice before the divorce. She requested that in that one month we both struggle to live as normal a life as possible. Her reasons were simple: our son had his exams in a month’s time and she didn’t want to disrupt him with our broken marriage. This was agreeable to me. But she had something more, she asked me to recall how I had carried her into out bridal room on our wedding day. She requested that every day for the month’s duration I carry her out of our bedroom to the front door ever morning. I thought she was going crazy. Just to make our last days together bearable I accepted her odd request. I told Jane about my wife’s divorce conditions. . She laughed loudly and thought it was absurd. No matter what tricks she applies, she has to face the divorce, she said scornfully.
My wife and I hadn’t had any body contact since my divorce intention was explicitly expressed. So when I carried her out on the first day, we both appeared clumsy. Our son clapped behind us, daddy is holding mommy in his arms. His words brought me a sense of pain. From the bedroom to the sitting room, then to the door, I walked over ten meters with her in my arms. She closed her eyes and said softly; don’t tell our son about the divorce. I nodded, feeling somewhat upset. I put her down outside the door. She went to wait for the bus to work. I drove alone to the office.
On the second day, both of us acted much more easily. She leaned on my chest. I could smell the fragrance of her blouse. I realized that I hadn’t looked at this woman carefully for a long time. I realized she was not young any more. There were fine wrinkles on her face, her hair was graying! Our marriage had taken its toll on her. For a minute I wondered what I had done to her.
On the fourth day, when I lifted her up, I felt a sense of intimacy returning. This was the woman who had given ten years of her life to me.
On the fifth and sixth day, I realized that our sense of intimacy was growing again. I didn’t tell Jane about this. It became easier to carry her as the month slipped by. Perhaps the everyday workout made me stronger. She was choosing what to wear one morning. She tried on quite a few dresses but could not find a suitable one. Then she sighed, all my dresses have grown bigger. I suddenly realized that she had grown so thin, that was the reason why I could carry her more easily. Suddenly it hit me… she had buried so much pain and bitterness in her heart. Subconsciously I reached out and touched her head. Our son came in at the moment and said, Dad, it’s time to carry mom out.
To him, seeing his father carrying his mother out had become an essential part of his life. My wife gestured to our son to come closer and hugged him tightly. I turned my face away because I was afraid I might change my mind at this last minute. I then held her in my arms, walking from the bedroom, through the sitting room, to the hallway. Her hand surrounded my neck softly and naturally. I held her body tightly; it was just like our wedding day. But her much lighter weight made me sad.
On the last day, when I held her in my arms I could hardly move a step. Our son had gone to school. I held her tightly and said, I hadn’t noticed that our life lacked intimacy. I drove to office…. jumped out of the car swiftly without locking the door. I was afraid any delay would make me change my mind…I walked upstairs. Jane opened the door and I said to her, Sorry, Jane, I do not want the divorce anymore. She looked at me, astonished, and then touched my forehead. Do you have a fever? She said. I moved her hand off my head. Sorry, Jane, I said, I won’t divorce. My marriage life was boring probably because she and I didn’t value the details of our lives, not because we didn’t love each other anymore. Now I realize that since I carried her into my home on our wedding day I am supposed to hold her until death do us apart. Jane seemed to suddenly wake up. She gave me a loud slap and then slammed the door and burst into tears. I walked downstairs and drove away.
At the floral shop on the way, I ordered a bouquet of flowers for my wife. The salesgirl asked me what to write on the card. I smiled and wrote, I’ll carry you out every morning until death do us apart. That evening I arrived home, flowers in my hands, a smile on my face, I ran up stairs, only to find my wife in the bed -dead. My wife had been fighting CANCER for months and I was too busy with Jane to even notice. She knew that she would die soon and she wanted to save me from whatever negative reaction it would have on our son, in case we pushed through with the divorce.
—At least, in the eyes of our son—-I’m a loving husband….

YOU DON'T REALIZE WHAT YOU HAVE UNTIL IT’S GONE!!

Things That Lower Your Sperm Count
Age
Obesity - Some studies, but not all, have found an association between obesity in men and low sperm count.
Emotional Stress. Stress may interfere with the hormone GnRH and
reduce sperm counts.
Sexual Issues. In less than 1% of males with infertility problems, a problem with sexual intercourse or technique will affect fertility.
Impotence, premature ejaculation, or psychologic or relationship problems can contribute to infertility, although these conditions are usually very treatable.
Lubricants used with condoms, including spermicides, oils, and
Vaseline, can affect fertility. If you need a sperm friendly lubricant, the choice of many couples trying to get pregnant is Pre-Seed.
Testicular Exposure to Overheating.
Substance Abuse
Malnutrition and Nutrient Deficiencies.
Bicycling - Bicycling has been linked to impotence in men and also may affect the sperm count. Pressure from the bike seat may damage blood vessels and nerves that are responsible for erections. Mountain biking, which involves riding on off-road terrain, exposes the perineum (the region between the scrotum and the anus) to more extreme shocks and vibrations and increases the risk for injuries to the scrotum.
Genetic Factors
Environmental Assaults
Exposure to Heavy Metals - Chronic exposure to heavy metals such as lead, cadmium, or arsenic may affect sperm production and most often cause a reduced production in otherwise healthy males. Trace amounts of these metals in semen seem to inhibit the function of enzymes contained in the acrosome, the membrane that covers the head of the sperm.
Radiation Treatment.
Varicocele - Varicoceles are dilated veins in the scrotum (just as an individual may have varicose veins in their legs). These veins are dilated because the blood does not drain properly from them. These dilated veins allow extra blood to pool in the scrotum, which has a negative effect on the sperm production. This condition is the most common reversible cause of male factor infertility and may be corrected by minor outpatient surgery.
Most experts do this microscopically to preserve the arterial supply and lymphatics. A sub-inguinal incision (about 1 inch above the penis and 1 inch from the midline) is usually used, as this avoids incising the abdominal muscles and creates less post-operative pain.
Things that can help!
1. Morning sex = higher sperm count: If you are trying to conceive, time intercourse when his sperm count is at its highest. Researchers have found that men generally have a higher sperm count in the mornings. Men’s sexual interest may be higher in the mornings as well.
2. His weight matters: Women are not the only ones who have weight related fertility issues. Men who are overweight or underweight are more likely to have problems with infertility. Having too much or too little body fat may affect a man’s hormone levels. Scientists in one Finnish study found that a 20 lb weight gain may increase a man’s chance of being infertile by 10 percent.
3. Have more sex not less: Men with low sperm counts are often advised to abstain from sex in order to improve their sperm count, but new research suggests that while this may improve sperm count, too much abstinence can damage the DNA of the sperm that is produced. Australian researchers have found that having daily sex actually improves the quality, if not the quantity of sperm. The thought behind this is that regular ejaculations get rid of the old sperm and make way for newer healthier sperm.
4. Folic acid is not only good for the goose, but it is also good for the gander. Most women know that taking a folic acid supplement is important during childbearing years because it can prevent certain birth defects. You may not have known that it is also important for men to eat a diet containing folic acid. A recent study by researchers at the University of California, Berkley found that men who had lower levels of folic acid (or folate) in their diets had a higher rate of chromosomal abnormalities in their sperm.
5. Avoid soy products. A recent study published by Oxford University Press’s online publication Human Reproduction, suggests that eating a diet high in soy foods could cause men to have a lower sperm count. According to the study, men who ate soy foods were more likely to have lower sperm counts (although not necessarily abnormally low) than men who did not eat soy.
6. Skip the lubricants. Lubricants can impede the movement of sperm. A woman’s cervical mucous is designed to help transport sperm, but many commercial lubricants have the opposite effect. Lubricants like KY Jelly, baby oil, or petroleum jelly have been shown to slow down or damage sperm. Saliva can also damage sperm. One lubricant that is okay to use is Pre-seed. According to one study in the ASRM’s journal of Fertility and Sterility, Pre-seed was not shown to harm or slow down sperm.
7. Watch out for cell phones and lap tops. There have been a few studies that have shown that excessive use of lap tops or cell phones can cause sperm damage. Lap tops, if placed on a man’s lap, get hot over time. The increase in scrotal temperature may have a negative effect on a man’s sperm if he keeps a lap top sitting on his lap for extended periods of time. Similarly, cell phone emissions might also cause sperm damage. Keeping a cell phone in a close proximity to a man’s scrotum could potentially cause a decrease in sperm quality, according to a small research study from the Cleveland Clinic.
8. Buy some boxers - The jury is still out on the boxers vs. briefs debate. Some say the testes can get overheated in briefs, inhibiting sperm production. Others say it's really not an issue unless sperm count is already a concern. Cole points out that if wearing boxers can potentially give you an edge over briefs, why not go with boxers for a few months? It's a fairly simple wardrobe adjustment that could speed things along.
9. Steer clear of the hot tub/hot showers - Don't look to hot tubs, saunas, or hot baths as a way to unwind before all this baby business gets under way. Heat kills sperm. And because they take up to three months to regenerate, if you spend a long time in the hot tub in January, it could be April before you have a full set of swimmers again. Testicles function best when they keep their cool: "The boys" are happiest at 94 to 96 degrees, a couple of degrees cooler than normal body temperature. To protect your swimmers, avoid hot tubs and saunas for up to three months before trying to conceive.

If a Man Wants You
By: Salma Rumman
This advice was passed along to me from a counselor; it was great to hear so I wanted to share it.
If a man wants you, nothing can keep him away.
If he doesn’t want you, nothing can make him stay.
Stop making excuses for a man and his behavior.
Allow your intuition (or spirit) to save you from heartache.
Stop trying to change yourselves for a relationship that’s not meant to be.
Slower is better.
Never live your life for a man before you find what makes you truly happy.
If a relationship ends because the man was not treating you as you deserve
then heck no, you can’t "be friends."
A friend wouldn’t mistreat a friend.
Don’t settle. If you feel like he is stringing you along, then he probably is.
Don’t stay because you think "it will get better." You’ll be mad at yourself
a year later for staying when things are not better.
The only person you can control in a relationship is you.
Avoid men who’ve got a bunch of children by a bunch of different women.
He didn’t marry them when he got them pregnant,
Why would he treat you any differently?
Always have your own set of friends separate from his.
Maintain boundaries in how a guy treats you.
If something bothers you, speak up.
Never let a man know everything. He will use it against you later.
You cannot change a man’s behavior. Change comes from within.
Don’t EVER make him feel he is more important than you are...even if he has
more education or in a better job. Do not make him into a quasi-god.
He is a man, nothing more nothing less.
Never let a man define who you are.
Never borrow someone else’s man.
Oh Lord! If he cheated with you, he’ll cheat on you.
A man will only treat you the way you allow him to treat you.
All men are not dogs.
You should not be the one doing all the bending...compromise is a two-way street.
You need time to heal between relationships...There is nothing cute about baggage. Deal with your issues before pursuing a new relationship.
You should never look for someone to complete you. A relationship consists
of two whole individuals. Look for someone complimentary, not supplementary.
Dating is fun; even if he doesn’t turn out to be Mr. Right.
Make him miss you sometimes. When a man always know where you are, and you’re
always readily available to him—he takes it for granted.
Don’t fully commit to a man who doesn’t give you everything that you need.
Keep him in your radar but get to know others.
You’ll make someone smile, another rethink her choices, and another woman prepare.
They say it takes a minute to find a special person, an hour to appreciate
them, a day to love them, and an entire lifetime to forget them.

Thoughts!
A friend of mine posted on facebook this morning about how his life has been so far and his thoughts, and you know it inspired me to write my own, so here it is:
Personally my childhood was awesome when i lived with my grandparents I moved around so much after I left living with them, the crap I was moved though all those years made me strong and made me the person I am today along with my grandparents love & guidance and now life is great, I have a wonderful hubby who loves me and makes me his world as I do for him and I have my grandparents to thank for helping me become who I am & now they they passed my hubby & his family that keeps me going, as well as the thought of expanding our family & so much more, I mean we have our moments what couple doesn't, All I know my grandparents who I am proud to call my mom & dad are looking down on me proudly and this makes me even more happy ! =)
Our 7yr anniversary is coming up this new year with many more to follow & I have to say I am happy & excited all at the same time!

Holiday Updates, Part 1 !
Well this week been crazy first half (mon/tues/wed) hubby worked then was off yesterday and day before, we where pretty busy getting thing ready for the holidays & relaxing since I been sick with a cold/flu ~ Tho I did get my new lappytop! ~ Hubby had some PTO to use & they where letting them buy learning devices with it, which is nice, so I am very thankful & feel so blessed =) So now I can kick back on the couch and play WoW or write my cookbook or something instead of sitting at my desk which is nice with weeks like this when I am sick & hubby can read his comics on his lappy instead of sitting at his computer! =)
Well yesterday my brother in law Eric married his gf who is now his wife Emily! We went to lunch and had a grand old time, so big congratz to them! Hubby & I got the sign as the witness' so that's always fun too!
Other then that we had some new neighbors that moved in next door that is now getting to be good friends, they moved here from California! The wife is into all the samethings I am, painting, walking etc etc which is awesome! ~ We went for a walk tonight with her daughter since both our hubbys work and we both stay home we will be spending a lot of time together and the guys get along awesomely great also with things in common! ~ so thats another plus plus! ~ We will be having them over for dinner Monday night when hubby starts his 4 day off stretch! I am totally excited!
I have been so thankful & blessed for lots of things this year and I know hubby has too, now if we can just get pregnant that would be totally awesome exp since my new friend next door is in her beginning 2nd trimester for her pregnancy =)
Guess time will tell! =)
I hope everyones ready for the holidays!

Passion is Gone!
Arg the passion is gone for my art
Painting
Drawing
Coloring
Done, gone, dusted, wasted....
*sigh*
My workouts....
I just wanna get back on track, want someone to walk/workout with something, but not feeling it.... if I had a buddy I would, wish hubby would join me, maybe him losing a little would help us & our activity/energy level to get outta the house and do stuff on his day off and go for walks or something
Another thing that's getting me down as of late, im happy for my friends don't get me wrong but almost another dozen of my friends have popped up preggers, which been trying almost a year now and I am getting so frustrated, I do love my life the way it is being able to hang out with hubby do what we do together and with our friends, I know stress isn't good when it comes to trying but sometimes I can't help it, I been waiting SO LONG for this moment and it seems like its taking FOREVER
I hoping this is just a phase for everything =/
On another note just got done getting Hubby's Christmas gifts, hope he likes them
One of my artz I made for hubby & I's comic book shop, he loves it & is gonna hang it in the store =)

Blessed & Thankful
It's been awhile since I did any updates, so I thought I get one going! As well as what I am thankful for!
It's been just over a year since we been in our new house, we are both loving it very much, things between hubby & I also been wonderful. One thing we are both thankful for well 2!
In January of this year we where told we can start a family I lost over 100lbs & been going good and so has hubby, no luck yet but we are hoping very soon ! =)
Other then that we been having a ton of fun spending time together going to comic book shops, working on things around the house, watching a lot of movies, now that he went from 10 to 12hr days hes home a lot more which means more time together & more time with our close friends! Which is other things we are thankful for!
Couple weeks ago I had 2 ER visits first was for mother nature coming late by a week then having some issues thankfully it wasn't a miscarriage but my doc said could be my body just skipped a cycle that month and forced itself to have one which caused a lot of pain, but they ran biopsy's to be sure and they came back OK, the second one was for a double ear infection that was causing so much pain it was making the side of my face go numb. But thank the lord those things are all better now, another thankful thing! =)
My 30th birthday is coming up I already got my gifts from hubby (a dishwasher) and my mother in law (mug that reads "cat lover", baby book of 100,000 baby names, and a angel necklace with my birthstone) Which was very cool!
I am thankful and I know hubby is too, we talked about it the other day being thankful for one another and how amazing our life has been so far, and we can't wait for many more years to come on top of things, sure we have ups and downs but its usually over stupid little things, but we take the good with the bad and the bad with the good!
We where even talking about in our next life doing this all over again just making sure we live close by one another and not 1200 miles away from one another and in another country lol
I love my hubby with all my heart and so thankful & blessed to have him in my life, hes the most wonderful man ever and even when I say/do hurtful things I really don't mean it, I just hope he can continue to forgive me for my silliness and stubbornness, cause I sure know hes just the same, reason a lot of people and friends say
'My word you guys are so much a like it's crazy only thing that separates you two is your male/female difference'
Sorry but its true, but hey gets us knowing what one another is thinking so we don't have to say anything most times we just say, LETS GO! lol
I thank god everyday for giving me such a wonderful man and life and life with him I would be lost other wise. I believe he is my soul mate and one true love, and yes I believe in that kinda mushy stuff =P

We Never Forget - 9/11/2001
For the husband who told his wife he loved her before his plane went down in a field. For the wife who stopped in the stairs to call her husband to say she will love him forever. For the mothers and fathers who kissed their kids goodbye that morning for the last time. For the policemen, firemen, and other rescue workers and dogs who rushed in to help others and lost their lives. For those who "ran in when everyone else ran out". Today, tomorrow, ten years from now, we will remember 9/11
IN MEMORY OF ALL WE LOST, THE 10TH ANNIVERSARY OF 9/11- STATISTICS: Times of impact: 8:46 a.m. and 9:02 a.m. Time the burning towers stood: 56 minutes and 102 minutes.
