Breakfast:
1L of Green tea, 3 hard boiled eggs
Activity: Housework - Dishes, sweeping, laundry
Snack: None wasn't that hungry
Lunch: 4 slices of left over pot roast, 1L of green tea
Snack: 2L of green tea
Supper:
2 peices of grilled chicken breast from KFC, coleslaw, bun, green beans... ya prolly over did it with the bun they give ya but since I had no carbs all day I figured why not!
Pepsi max ( yes 0 carbs, im allowed 2 diet pops a day if i want but this is 1 in like 2 weeks :p)
Snack: Heavy cream whipped with peanut butter touch of splenda (3 carbs) - like a peanut butter moose (sp)?
Total Carbs for the day: Prolly 20
Current weight: 225
Goal Weight: 145 - since i found out today this is my ideal weight! so!!! 80lbs to go!!!!
So far in 10 weeks I have lost 25lbs and 12inches total
