Breakfast:
.5L of Green tea, 3 hard boiled eggs
Activity: Errands lots of em! Walking alot for 3+hrs
Snack: None wasn't that hungry
Lunch: Salad from a restraunt we went to today it had chicken and olives on it, 16oz of iced aproct tea (6-8carbs)
Supper:
Not sure as of yet... getting late might just have the snack below or maybe a salad maybe both since i have not had many carbs today.
Snack: Heavy cream whipped with peanut butter touch of splenda (3 carbs) - like a peanut butter moose (sp)?
Total Carbs for the day: unknown atm but will be under 20 for sure
Current weight: 225
Goal Weight: 145 - since i found out today this is my ideal weight! so!!! 80lbs to go!!!!
So far in 10 weeks I have lost 25lbs and 12inches total
