1) You have to cut back the amount of calories you eat during the day by 500 calories

2) You must beginning to eat the correct kinds of foods…eat no white bread, no white rice, no potatoes, no swift foods, no cheese, no oily meats, no pork, no soda.

3) Try to cut out on eating red meats and usually try eating white meats similar to chicken, turkey and all gaunt meats that would give you the proper amount of protein

4) You can try to cut back on the amount of carbohydrates you consume

5) You should enlarge the amount of fruits and vegetables

6) Eat entire pellet products, similar to wheat breads

7) Make certain to eat breakfast bland and do not jump over any meals

8) Don’t eat candy and anything with a lot of sugar

9) Drink immature tea

10) Drink lots of water

11) Don’t eat after 7 pm or after you’ve had supper
