Mai Tai's All Around....

You Are a Mai Tai

You aren't a big drinker, but you'll drink if the atmosphere is festive.
And when you're drunk, watch out! You're easily carried away.
Okay, I found a Recipe, Well A Few...

Ingredients:
0.5 oz Amaretto
1.0 Pineapple Juice
1.0 oz Light Rum
0.5 oz Dark Rum
1.0 Sweet and Sour mix
0.5 oz Triple sec

Directions:
Pour light rum, creme de almond and triple sec, in order, into a collins glass. Almost fill with equal parts of sweet and sour mix and pineapple juice. Add dark rum, a large straw, and serve unstirred.
OR....
Ingredients:
0.5 oz Amaretto
1.0 oz Blue Curacao
0.5 oz Grenadine
0.5 whole Lime juice
2.0 oz Rum
0.5 teaspoon powdered Sugar

Directions:
Zap in a blender all of the above and serve it over crushed ice
OR....
Ingredients:
1.0 dash Bitters
3.0 oz. Lemonade
1.0 oz. Light Rum
1.0 oz. Dark Rum
0.5 tsp. Orgeat Syrup

Directions:
Mix all ingredients. Pour over ice. Garnish with a slice of lime.
OR....

Ingredients:
0.5 oz Amaretto
1.0 splash Lime juice
2.5 oz Orange juice
2.5 oz Pineapple Juice
0.5 oz Spiced Rum
0.5 oz White Rum
0.5 oz Triple sec

Directions:
Pour all ingredients into a mixing glass half-filled with cracked ice. Stir well and strain into a wine goblet. Garnish with a slice of lime and a maraschino cherry, and serve.
OR....

Ingredients:
0.5 oz Lemon juice
0.25 oz Lime juice
0.5 oz Orange juice
2.0 oz Pineapple Juice
1.5 oz Dark Rum
1.5 oz White Rum
1.0 tsp Sugar
0.75 oz Triple sec

Directions:
Combine all ingredients (sugar to taste) in a hurricane glass filled with ice cubes. Stir well, and serve.
OR....

Ingredients:
0.5 oz Pineapple Juice
2.0 oz White Rum
2.0 oz Dark Rum
1.0 oz Coconut Rum
0.5 oz Coconut Rum
0.5 oz Orgeat Syrup

Directions:
Pour the rums, orgeat and pineapple juice into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Shake well, and strain into a collins glass with several ice cubes. Garnish with a pineapple wedge, and serve.
