I got my villian Mistress Ivorie 3 bubs from 31
Noire-chan I got from lvl 20-22
Natasha Snow I got from lvl 27.2-28.4
Noirekins I got from lvl 8-21.2
Sonica I got from lvl 35-38.1
I think thats all of them :)
